HR Intern MEA - Wyndham Hotel Group - Dubai
Summary The Human Resources Intern MEA will contribute to the performance of the MEA team by supporting the hiring and retention process, driving associate engagement, learning and development, performance management and compliance initiatives as directed by Corporate HR in the MEA region. They will work with the Corporate HR and Local Human Resources teams to provide HR support and resources in line with the strategic priorities of the region. This is a front line, HR generalist role working across a in multi jurisdiction HR environment. They will work to ensure the implementation of key human resources initiatives including but not limited to, new hotel opening recruitment and training support, associate development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and talent management. This is a 6 months fixed-term position with possible option to extend. |
