Spare Parts Administrator (m/f) - KHS - Dubai
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to strengthen our team in Dubai for an international assignment. This position is of especial interest to those who wish to gain experience in an international working environment.
The candidate (m/f) should have an extensive knowledge of KHS products and services. At present KHS operates its own facilities in Dubai for the Gulf region under the roof of Salzgitter Mannesmann International Dubai with organizational links to our Middle East/Africa market zone.
Your responsibilities
Quotation and order processing in German and English
Follow-up of orders and Customer Service
Handling of L/C
Arrangement of technical clarification
Export verification (BAFA) and application of customs handling
Plausibility check of prepared conversion quotes
Dispatch handling by invoicing and provision of shipping and export documents
Monitoring of incoming payments and submission of collection letters
Processing of complaints, return shipments and credit notes
Coordination of fitter’s work for conversions upon delivery
Prepare quality reports and allocate costs
Prepare final installation and modification reports
Your profile
Completed commercial training
Profound knowledge of SAP SD and MS Office
Good spoken and written English, German skills would be an advantage
High level of service orientation
Reliable, good communication skills, team working
Adaptiveness and sensitiveness to a different culture
Quick perception and the ability to act independently and on your own responsibility
Profound knowledge of KHS’s products and technologies used in the beverage and packaging industries
