CRM Administrator - The Heart of Europe - Dubai





Reporting to: Operations Director

Purpose of the Job

The CRM administrator will support the Sales Team administratively and ensure the entire team is making appropriate entries in the Sugar CRM. The person will be solely responsible for CRM updates and reporting.


Key Responsibilities


  • To ensure the data that goes into the Sugar CRM system is accurate

  • To follow up with the team and ensure you get all the required information

  • To present daily sales report, client visits, sales, appointment booked etc, to the Managers

  • To monitor daily attendance and keep the HR informed

  • Monthly maintenance and updates of the Business Review Reports

  • Provides reports and analysis to support the Sales Managers

  • Support the Sales Director in measuring and analyzing the sales team contribution and target achievement

  • Support implementation, development and maintenance of the CRM system

  • Provides CRM Training to the new users and refreshment training to the existing users

  • Provides assistance to all users in CRM related issues

  • Assists in enforcing the proper and professional usage of the CRM system

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years working year in Sales and Operations environment with a Real Estate or Developer company.

  • Good experience in using Real Estate / Developers CRM.

  • Good understanding of processes within Sales, Finance and Operations

  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Tool is beneficial

  • Experience in giving training to the end users

  • English (written and spoken) – advanced

  • High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
