Global - Immigration Manager - Fragomen - Internet City

It is an interesting and challenging role.Responsibilities: Ensure professional delivery of the team’s work. Work output includes, but is not limited to, allocating work within the team, monitoring work flows, day-to-day liaison with clients, the preparation of applications and reporting on the performance of the teamEnsure that all work undertaken within the team is completed within agreed service standards and to the professional standards expected of the firmInterface with the client with respect to all client needs (e.g. reporting, status updates, regulatory advice, training).Hands-on involvement with case escalations for all stages including issue identification, resolution, notification and process review / analysis.Take the lead in assisting clients and consultants assigned to the client team with complex matters and enquiries.Develop and maintain professional and enduring relationships with senior client contactsWork with Partner or Senior Manager to review staff performance and set targetsMonitor performance on key accountsMentor junior staffParticipate in interviews of external candidatesRequirements: Proven experience of operating in a Manager role within an immigration or relocation firm is essentialExperience of improving team performance and developing team members is preferredSignificant experience of working with a range of clients is essentialExceptional levels of professionalism, client care skills and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Fluency in English is essentialThis is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in the business, operating in a crucial role, ensuring that both team members and clients are nurtured and developed.
