Mediclinic Middle East is looking to recruit several Patient Administrators. These positions are key to improving the overall patient experience for the group, by performing all aspects of the patient administrator role.
The successful candidates will act as role models and will mentor other current patient administrators across the group.
Candidates will be required to travel to various facilities to assist and up skill the site based teams. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for experienced customer service professionals to join our expanding organization and learn about a wide selection of the facilities in the group.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a customer service role in healthcare or related field with excellent communication skills and meet the following requirements:
•2-3 years’ work experience in a customer service role in a healthcare or related environment.
•Knowledge of basic financial principles
•Knowledge of medical insurance process is desirable
•Knowledge of HIS systems is desirable
•Ability to work as part of a multicultural and diverse team
•Multitasking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
•Coaching and mentoring skills
•Proficient in English (speak, read and write), knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not essential.
Key Outputs
•Responsible for organizing and managing your own and surrounding workplace.
•Effectively and efficiently executing the patient appointment scheduling and registration process
•Responsible for managing the medical insurance procedures
•Able to handle the billing and cash-up process and related tasks
•Consistently exceed client satisfaction with a focus on improve quality of patient service
•Responsible for training, development and coaching of other patient administrators within the group.
