P osition: Sales Administrator – Real Estate

Preference due to the nature of the work/ business reasons : Filipino/Indian Male candidates
* To handle administration aspects of Sales office business functions and ensures a smooth running of the Sales Department of the property developer

. * Manage the day-to-day operation of the department and maintain complete records of out-going & in-coming correspondence, corporate clients’ profiles and reports, and implement a proper follow up system

. * Prioritize, delegate, follow-up and respond to inquiries in liaison with other department members and/or sales team members

. * Assume an overall confidential role in dealing with clients, suppliers and personnel matters. * Maintain up-dated databases, under the guidance of sales team.

* Assist sales team in responding to clients’ requests & requirements and communicate clients’ feedback to sales team for necessary action.

* Organize appointments, attend meetings, record minutes and distribute the same

. * Organize the filing system in a professional and orderly manner and maintain it thereafter on a regular basis.Ideal candidate must have a College degree / Diploma . Two (2) years’ experience in similar capacity with a real estate firm. Good computer skills which include the proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Mature, responsible and committed, people oriented, must be reserved yet assertive and who can maintain confidentiality, highly organized and to be able to cope well under pressure, analytical communicator. Fluency in English reading, writing and understanding. Punctual and highly organized.

Salary: AED6,000.00 /month
