Our client is a one of the niche-technical government entities in Dubai and seeking to hire an Arabic-speaking Secretary to the General Secretary.
- Takes full responsibility in the development, planning and execution of HR & administrative functions, policies, procedures, including secretarial, cash flows and basic accounting/bookkeeping support as per agreed Value Score Card and KPIs
- Delivers competitive advantage and the right level of strategy that carries Secretary General’s key results areas towards successful implementation of its objectives.
- Administers inbound and outbound phone calls, email messages, and sending information ensuring that all necessary Entity information required by clients are properly organized and disseminated.
- Enhances and sustains delivery of customer service excellence, through friendly-and-personalized services with Entity clientele, government or non-government bodies to ensure accurate reflection of the corporate business environment.
- Suggests recommendations for the improvement and continuous upgrading of existing administrative procedures.
- Exerts efforts to raise the administrative support services profile through continuous improvement and development of innovative delivery of services to its internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements · 4-6 years related work experience in a medium to large organization dealing with technical organizations, law offices or similar offices. · Solid organizational and time management skills. · Planning and project management. · HR Policy & Regulations · Financial Management · Excellent administrative skills
