Senior Conference Producer – New Launch Events

Located in Dubai + Travel

Up to £55K + Bonus + Benefits

Join this global market leader in the creation of B2B conferences where you will manage new launch conference projects (large scale multi streamed events) which are heavily content driven and require the skill and expertise of an experienced, international producer to drive them forward.

The role

Within this position your main focus will be to take the lead in developing and launching new conferences across the Middle East & Africa. You will also get to work on a small number of existing events but really this role is responsible for; validating, researching, propose, producing and project managing new large scale events thus expanding the Dubai offices current portfolio.

You will project manage the new events, ensuring success and delivery. Keep adding to the pipeline of new launch events and work with the Director on the department production strategy.

The Person

• A minimum of 3 years conference production experience in a commercial environment


• Experience of launching new events (international, large scale & multi stream)


• International experience is preferred, with experience of working with diverse cultures & languages


• Experience of producing conferences across various industry sectors


• Proven experience of validating and researching new/launch event ideas and sectors


• Confident and success project managing large scale high profile events
