Scope of work
- Responsible for facility maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the Hotel and its associated properties.
- Performs general and preventative maintenance including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical and associated building trades
- Performs general and preventative maintenance in hotel rooms, offices, common areas, locker rooms, spa and pool areas, gyms and any other area deemed necessary.
- Assists in office reconfiguration, furniture, gym equipment, medical equipment, etc. placement.
Qualifications
- One to two years experience in general maintenance preferably in a hotel / resort setting.
- With working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and associated building trades.
- Able to perform or be capable of learning pool, gym equipment and spa, care and maintenance.
- Familiar to hotel safety policies.
- Knows how to prioritize work load.
- Can work with a variety of people; work efficiently in stressful situations, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible to work any day, any schedule based on need
- Any nationality
- Age not more than 40
