To support our continuous growth and increasing portfolio of projects in the MENA region, we seek a highly motivated and experienced General Manager for our Dubai office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking all commercial issues in the Dubai office including contract negotiations, selection of key sub-consultants, preparation of variation claims, preparation and updating of programs, preparation of responses to RFPs, and monitoring performance of projects against budget.
- Reviewing contractual and commercial documents before they are sent to the client or a third party.
- Identifying opportunities for future projects and work with Business Development staff to develop commercial relationships with leading developers and operators in the MENA region.
- Maintaining a strong team commitment within the project team and company generally.
- Reviewing and managing all project related spending and operational budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with our quality management systems.
To be considered you will need:
- Minimum Bachelor of Art or business management / general management
- Background in Architecture.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position
