IT Executive, Database Administrator - Apparel Group - Dubai

Position

You’ll be part of the IT Team responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software and provide training to staff on new technologies. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

Duties/Areas of responsibility

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems & software.
Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone.
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
Logging customer/employee queries and analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues.
Escalating IT issues to Level-2 support as and when required.
Test /Implement/Provide Training on applications across our retail stores.
Eligibility

Preferably a Graduate in Computers or Diploma Holder in Software Application .
Working experience in any RDBMS preferably MS SQL Server or MS Access .
Working Experience any Programming Language Preferably .Net
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be an added advantage.
