A Litigation Construction Associate is required to join an international law firm based in Dubai. This role comes with an excellent salary and benefit package.

My client is a world renowned law firm with offices across the globe and are involved with all areas of legal practice such as banking, employment, criminal, corporate, commercial and many more. My client is redefining the way legal services are applied across the globe, their success is attributed to the legal services provided by their employees who are recognised around the world for their expertise.

We are looking for a Litigation Associate at a junior level, 1-4 years PQE working with top tier law firms. You will be expected to have strong experience in the resolution of construction and engineering disputes, be able to confidently provide legal advice so our clients can avoid disputes if at all possible and settle claims at an early stage by engaging in various forms of ADR. Where proceedings do arise we expect the successful candidate to have the necessary skills to proactively pursue or defend claims to ensure our clients’ interests are safeguarded. Candidates already on the ground in the region will have an advantage.
