For our content development and support team, we are looking to hire an experienced chief ground instructor with a proven track record of managing and delivering professional pilot training at the highest quality level using digital classroom techniques.


The candidate will attend meetings with prospective customers to determine technical and business requirements; collect, compile, and communicate customer requirements to provide guidance in the development of new or improved products, services, and features. Guide the design, development, test, and quality assurance of new products and extensions to existing products. Ensure smooth transition from sale to development to delivery. Ensure the quality level of products through continuous inspection. Support development team by identifying and interfacing with external SMEs. Provide solutions to customers in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes. Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities. Provide accurate and timely management information including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs. Create and confidently deliver presentations on products, services, and market trends, both internally and externally. Structure and produce compelling sales proposals, commercial, and technical documentation outlining customers’ business benefits. Manage and continuously improve customer service quality through training and process improvement initiatives. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


This role is a 12 months fixed term contract subject for renewal .This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable UAE law. Employment is subject to the candidates ability to satisfy all UAE labor and immigration formalities.


Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency with the German language is a plus. Good working knowledge of standard office programs (MS Word, MS Access, etc.)


  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL) + Instrument Rating (IR), or higher.

  • At least 5 years of experience delivering and managing professional pilot training programs under GCAA regulations.

  • At least 5 years of practical experience with pilot training within a major airline (Emirates, Qatar, etc.).

  • At least 5 years of experience with IT-based learning solutions for pilot training

  • Experience with GCAA approval processes for, and audits of, approved training programs.
