Head of Sales / Marketing ERP - Emirates Business and Management Consultant - Dubai

• Extensive experience in Software Products (e.g. ERP, CRM, HRMS, Corporate Networking etc.) Sales.


• Proactively prospect in the Territory to create opportunities & interact with top management level.


• Map out the key players for potential new business initiatives and determine/document appropriate sales strategy.


• Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.


• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.


• Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential


• Products Support of partner, programs, and events Lead the team in following sales methodology and best practices


• Effectively advise and influence the customer especially within the development of business needs, decision criteria, and a creation of an ROI framework, through consultative selling techniques and relevant marketing/sales campaign.


• Execute high-quality one on one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with customer


• IT business leaders – The objective being to influence the corporate strategy regarding the use of it Solutions.


• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.


• Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.


• Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability.


• Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.


• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

The Ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of Sales in ERP, must be target oriented, passion , about sales, will drive sales through agreed targets and additional benefits will be achieved on set targets.
