We are looking for highly enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead our growing team of Agents as the firm looks to expand and build on its success. This will be the ideal position for you if you are passionate about sales and striving for high earnings.
Job Description Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.

• Supervise real estate sales agents, performance.


• Offer advice and motivate their agents to close sales.


• Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.


• Set targets for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.


• Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.


• Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards


• Endeavour to maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets

The ideal candidate should possess the following: –
– Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
– Strong communication skills, Good English is a must, additional languages a strong advantage
– Self-motivated team leader and goal oriented.
– Valid UAE driver’s license + own car will be an added advantage.
European and Western candidates preferred.
