Description

Principal Accountabilities


1. To Target the medium & Mega size projects by meeting the higher level of decision makers.

2. Enable to meet variance customers & generate more business.

3. Achieves sales target as set by the management.

4. Follows up TVE (VRF) projects & enquiries to achieve the sales goals.

5. Target and generates prospective business.

6. Manages business relationships with existing and new clients.

7. Attends sales meetings with existing and new clients.

8. Carries out the marketing activities as informed by the Department Manager.

9. Follows up with service department to handle all customer warranty complaints

10.Follows up on payments collection as per the agreed payment plans wh the customers.

11. Performs material selection, using computer selections software, matching market specifications.

12. To perform other job related duties as requested.


Minimum Requirement

1. Auto cad and Heat load selection software

2. Excellent communication, Negotiation & Persuasiveness skills.

3. Team Work

4. Well versed in the relevant Software

5. English and Arabic are a must

6. Driving license is required.
