Job Overview: Responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience. Job Functions:
- Assists supervisor by performing related duties
- Responsible for operating F&B outlet assigned to him/her
- Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly
- Organizing duty roster of service staff
- Proper inventory of the supplies
- Maintaining SOP for quality
- Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale
- Guest interaction, menu planning
- Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the company
- Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
- Ensure the Outlet is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation Direct and supervise the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards
- Ensure that all employees have received adequate training to perform their duties
- Ensure proper organization, planning and control of supplies and maintain concise record of all beverage stock in order to ensure that the required is available
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
- Actively use up selling techniques bye exceeding guest expectations and to increase revenue
- Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment during outlet’s operation
Secondary Job Functions:
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior, which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the company
- Completes the outlet’s daily Supervisor’s Checklist
- Must know the requisition point and prepares the requisition form for food supplies and operating guest supplies for the approval of the Outlet Manager and/or Asst. Manager
- Checks at the start and at the end of the shift that all service attendants complete their opening and closing tasks
- Takes the daily inventory of food supplies and guest supplies to ensure availability
- Records the daily sales and cover count of the outlet at the end of each shift, in the absence of the Supervisor
- Communicates to the immediate superior and subordinates in a timely manner, any important information, related to operation
