Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver bookings growth for high-value products and systems on major infrastructure projects within the Middle East. A Key Measure will be bookings and growth.
- Identify major project opportunities within Middle East where there are opportunities for high-value products with significant focus on products such as Ultrasonic, Flow Computers/Controllers, Coriolis and sampling.
- Identify and develop a market strategy for key regions with the Middle East market
- Work with other regions on international projects, sharing information and developing joint project strategies.
- Qualify those projects with potential opportunities at an early enough stage (typically Feasibility or earlier) to ensure engagement at an early enough stage to drive specification.
- Lead the engagement process for the project by building relationships with key influencers for these projects.
- Build relationships directly or via representatives to ensure Cameron equipment is specified for the project leveraging on some value for the user prior to being moved to EPC.
- Developing the correct infrastructure within Middle East market to facilitating optimum channels to market.
- Interact with the required personnel within our organization particularly inside sales to prioritize enquiries and provide guidance on pricing and the configuration of our offer.
- Maintain project and opportunity tracking for the region (Sales force).
- Ability to execute technical presentations whether internally, at customer offices or technical seminars and events.
- Availability to attend international meetings when required.
- Network with the Cameron staff in other Divisions/groups to ensure the above is carried out effectively to maximize ‘One Cameron’ with the maximum margin.
- Travel and co-ordination may be required out with the Middle East market depending on project structure and third party involvement through such things as the EPC infrastructure.
Key Measures of Success:
- Bookings growth for each product line for final destination Middle East.
- Pipeline of project opportunities developed for the appropriate product lines.
- Account development.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Skills:
• Sales experience of strategic sales – leveraging technology via specification on project opportunities
• Must have hydrocarbon measurement experience
• Must have technical knowledge of ultrasonic (Caldon), Jiskoot (Sampling), integrated metering systems, coriolis, cone meters, flow computers
• Expertise in the custody/ fiscal/ allocation markets – upstream to downstream where there are high value gas or oil transactions in the oil and gas chain; gas oil export, terminals, transmission, distribution, refineries, storage….
• Experience of the pursuit of project opportunities ranging in value from $0.5 – $10m
• Measurement background essential, custody transfer metering and systems experience is required
• Experience of selling concepts at a senior management level within organizations
• Track record in the Middle East Oil & Gas Market and is well-connected in the Oil and Gas sector
• Arabic Speaking a plus
