Since going public in 2013, Frank’s has been transitioning from a large family-owned private business into an industry leading publicly traded oilfield service company. In late 2014 and into 2015, the Company brought in a new Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of HR, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to join the Executive Leadership Team. Now the company is looking for a Legal Counsel Administrator to be based in Dubai, UAE. This individual will report directly to the Managing Regional Counsel – Africa, Middle East & APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Performing tasks as legal/administrative secretary for the Managing Regional Counsel. Tasks to include – managing diary/appointments, proofreading documents, preparing reports, slides and presentations, assistance in managing corporate entities, ability to handle routine correspondence/communication
Maintaining filing system
Making/coordinating travel arrangements and all related tasks
Complete knowledge of and ability to handle all responsibilities as a legal/administrative secretary
Qualifications:
Law/secretarial/paralegal or equivalent degree from an accredited school/college/university or international equivalent
Minimum 9-10 years legal experience with a combination of working within a law firm and/or in-house legal team
Foreign language and international cultural skills highly preferred
Some experience of dealing with legal related issues highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong skills in administration and organizing various tasks
