Estimator (wood working) - Star - Dubai Free Zone

• Pre-Contract/Estimation required to price up wooden scope of work in projects sector.


• Estimating the costs for new project tenders and arrange quotations


• Price up product materials, production timing and installation rates.


• Surveying the quantity from IFC drawing and creating tender/bid BOQ.


• Dealing with Subcontractors and Suppliers during commercial stage for material/activities rates with regards to project cost


• Complying with client required specifications, value engineering and scope of work matrix.


• Monitor project budget cost throughout the entire project and reporting to commercial manager.


• Preparing order file including: comprehensive material sheet and contracts details.


• Following tender/bids documents and issue revised offers.


• Work on variation orders for post-contracted jobs.

Skills

• 3 years minimum experience within Interior woodworking is essential.


• Industry knowledge of materials and fabrication.


• Expert for using Microsoft office tools, Excel user is preferable.


• Ability to read the drawing and using Auto-CAD viewer.
