My client is a leading Duty Free Supplier based in Dubai.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Senior Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic regional office based in the hub of the Middle East – Dubai, UAE. You will be liaising with International Organisations from around the world joining an intimate but established team.

In this role you will be be responsible for 4 Customer Service Execs, you will be looking to implement a strategy for improving customer satisfaction from the good standard that they currently run at to the out of this world experience my client wishes to offer.

You will also keep on top of the processes, to make sure the time delays are shortened, to make sure any mistakes are rectified openly and quickly, and to monitor the length of time the overall process is taking.

Making sure you and your team meet all KPI’s and set targets.
