- Production Productivity
- Maintenance and facility management
- Bid and Tender management
Architecture:
- AutoCAD training for engineering
- Revit and MEP designers
- Green Building Requirement
- DCD Regulations
- Piping and Pump head calculations
- Air side ESP calculations
- AutoCAD for HVAC Calculations
- Electrical Calculations and basic design principles
- Plumbing Calculations and basic design principles
- HVAC Calculations and basic design principles
Software
- Primavera – tools and techniques
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Training Environment working with Multinational Corporations
- Experience in delivering training programs to multinational participants
- Experience in working and conducting training courses in UAE and GCC Countries will be highly preferred
- Knowledge of terminology specific to the training industry/program.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a compelling public speaker.
- Must have the ability to engage trainees in discussions during educational sessions.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong time management skills as well as be an effective multi-tasker.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word Suite including PowerPoint for the purpose of producing training materials and presentations.
- Must have excellent reading comprehension skills as well as the ability to be an active listener. Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must have good problem solving and decision making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Education and Experience
- Chartered Accountant and MBA (Finance)
- Certified in Information System Auditing
- Bachelors of Architecture or Masters of Architecture
- Certified in Auto Cad and Revit Software
- Certified PMP
- Certified in Primavera Software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Public Relations or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Certification through Accredited Training & Development Organizations.
- Certified Professional Trainer Certifications.
Work Environment
- Must be able to work at flexible hours as per the needs of businesses.
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations to conduct training sessions.
- Must be willing and able to travel outside of the U.A.E. when working for an international corporation.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with a demanding time schedule.
