General Summary: –
Production Manager will supervise, do planning and management in production department.
Management of event related work during events. Should understand and control work done and time consumed for product development
Responsible for smooth running of production department as per the requirement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: –

• Production manager should be from accounts background (holding bachelor degree of accounts) to understand work done and time consumed.


• Ensure all finished product has been checked with good quality, clean and good condition before delivery


• Provide and assign work for tailors/cutters/embroideries and meet the deadline schedule for delivery


• Report any misconduct and inappropriate behaviour of any staff inside the work shop and even wrong stitching and bad quality.


• coordinate all deliveries scheduled for the day


• Communicate with accountant all delivered products for inventory


• Make sure the products are in good quality, correct size, clean with the correct customer’s name and address and contact number before delivery


• Checked daily progress and timings for production staff


• Liaising and networking with customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;


• Coordinating supplier / organizer for requirements needed to comply with proper communication with PR / Manager


• Logistics for labours/trucks/materials during event set –up and breakdown with proper coordination with PR/ Marketing Manager.


• Stocking and Re-stocking of collection for boutiques and coordinating with buyers to meet requirements from production on time.

Qualification: –

• Accounts degree holder. ( Bachelors of commerce )


• 3-4 years of experience in production supervising in good retail industry with strong UAE experience.


• Good communication and commanding power to manage man power in production department.


• Good communication skills in English.
