RECEPTIONIST - AASA GROUP - Dubai






RECEPTIONIST ~ Role & Responsibilities: –


  • Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person in the office or voice mail.

  • Facilitate the efficient flow of mail through the office. Picks up, opens, sorts and stamps and distributes incoming mail and interoffice mails.

  • Greeting people (clients, subcontractors/suppliers) as they come into the office.

  • Maintain company correspondence and accounting files.

  • Sending and receiving faxes (maintain receive log for the same).

  • Assist Accounting and Insurance with matching Dray of receipts to invoices.

  • Maintain Office Supplies.

  • Perform additional assignments as per supervisor’s direction.

Requirements: –


  • Proven working experience in similar role.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook & Excel.

  • Professional appearance.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of office systems and procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Preferably Filipino (Female)
