RECEPTIONIST ~ Role & Responsibilities: –
- Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person in the office or voice mail.
- Facilitate the efficient flow of mail through the office. Picks up, opens, sorts and stamps and distributes incoming mail and interoffice mails.
- Greeting people (clients, subcontractors/suppliers) as they come into the office.
- Maintain company correspondence and accounting files.
- Sending and receiving faxes (maintain receive log for the same).
- Assist Accounting and Insurance with matching Dray of receipts to invoices.
- Maintain Office Supplies.
- Perform additional assignments as per supervisor’s direction.
Requirements: –
- Proven working experience in similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook & Excel.
- Professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably Filipino (Female)
