Sales/Customer Service Executive - Volt Car Rental L.L.C. - Dubai

We are a rent a car company looking for a Sales/Customer Service Executive (Male only) to handle the complete operations of our small and growing fleet of cars.

Responsibilities:
– Make sure all cars are rented out. Handling marketing for the company.
– Collect and verify all documents and security deposits required for car rental from the customer.
– Maintain a tracker of all customers details and cars out on rental with amounts paid and due (rental, salik, damages, rta fines, etc,)
– Ensure all cars are serviced regularly.
– Ensure customers make monthly payments on time. Follow up with customers.
– Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year experience handling operations of a car rental company in the U.A.E. is a must. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE.
– Excellent command over the English language. Hindi and Arabic would be an added advantage.
– Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
– Good at multi-tasking and working under pressure.
– Innovative marketing skills.

Salary: AED3000 a month
