The Power Services Senior Sales Manager – MYA East-Med, Pakistan, Egypt will be a strategic member of the Region team responsible for driving MYA growth for both installed based, new unit and opportunities including renegotiating existing Multi Year Agreements contracts.

The Senior Sales Manager – MYA East-Med, Pakistan, Egypt will demonstrate leadership and expertise to drive technical & operational excellence and deliver world class productivity & risk mitigation. In this role, you will work with a cross functional organization, utilize your operational, technical, commercial & financial experience and expertise to develop and execute productivity strategies geared towards maximizing profitability.
As the Senior Sales Manager – Multi Year Agreements East-Med, Pakistan, Egypt:
The candidate will also lead the renegotiations initiatives of existing Services Agreements and will have clear Goals and Objectives of deliverables ops plan. In this role, you will lead from project identification, quantification, definition, industrialization and support commercialization through continuous monitoring to drive short-term and long-term business goals. This role is a perfect bridge between technology, finance and operations and will develop your expertise and leadership skills.
The East-Med, Pakistan, Egypt Multi Year Agreements Senior Sales Manager will:
- Identify main contract upside /de-risk opps, driving action plans to close renegotiations on a timely manner.
- Lead renegotiation process focused on productivity and contract financial improvement.
- Negotiate Terms & Conditions and analyze Risk / Reward structure of commercial solutions.
- Conceive new contractual structures instrumental to accommodate to changing customer’s local needs, grow new business lines and manage increased risk as a result of plant expanded scope and new outcome selling approach.
- Proactively engage OTR to develop growth and productivity opportunities in the existing PS portfolio.
- OTR Risk… work with risk finance on actualization analysis, deferred risk mitigation initiatives and operating data risk analysis.
- Develop creative solutions and drive key initiatives that create MYA growth while mitigating risks to MYA backlog.
- Manage ITO process while leading cross-functional teams including Sales, CommOps, Risk, OTR, Engineering, Finance & Legal.
- Drive Power Digital into MYA offerings to deliver additional value for customers.
- Effectively communicate value story internally and externally.
- Be responsible for SA pipeline management, pacing and forecasting.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 years of experience in industry-related sales, application engineering and/or marketing
Desired Characteristics
- Proficient with long term service agreement accounting and financial metrics
- Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contractual agreements
- In-depth knowledge and experience negotiating from GE standard contracts (i.e. Form 33C, ES104 and / or PUP7 or equivalent)
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs and business model
- Strong project management skills and strong coordination and influencing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
