Warehouse Attendant - motiongate™ Dubai - Dubai

To provide warehouse management solution to monitor available supplies, materials and products in order to ensure that the Park needs are met. To be responsible for the receiving, checking and proper storage of inventory and arrange for delivery to retail stores, F&B outlets on a timely basis and to ensure deliveries are correct.

Main Duties

Inventory receiving and checking to ensure correct receiving of quantity against purchase orders/delivery notes and reports shortages, damages and other discrepancies

Proper receiving, delivery, inventory documentation and system updating to ensure inventory accuracy and for audit purpose

Conduct weekly and monthly stock count to ensure accuracy of inventory in the warehouse

Maintains warehouse cleanliness, proper and orderly storage of merchandise for easy picking for delivery to stores.

Conducts physical inventories check to ensure that the correct stocks are picked accurately for delivery to the correct store locations

Pick merchandise on a first-in and first-out basis for delivery to store locations when replenishment orders are received in a timely manner

Loads and unloads delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transporting

Ensure that deliveries to stores are delivered on a timely basis before park/store operation hours. In addition, will deliver emergency orders during park operating hours

Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are adhered in accordance with company policies

Professional conducted expected with 3 rd party vendors, drivers and guest

To follow wardrobe guidelines, ensuring personal hygiene and grooming standards are adhered

Certification in Basic Food Hygiene Assessment level 1 required.

To adhere to all health and safety regulations as stipulated by the standard operating procedures. Ensures that Environmental, Health and Safety requirements are adhered

Ensure regular maintenance of delivery trucks to ensure vehicle safety

To carry out any other reasonably duties and responsibilities as and when needed and requested by the management

In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:

Essential:
High School Education

1 year related experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving and inventory with competency in operating a forklift and delivery vehicles

Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as order picker, pallet jacks.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Accuracy and keen to detail.

A team player and have the ability of meeting assigned targets and multi-tasking

PC Literate : Microsoft Office

Desirable:
Diploma in Warehouse Management

Ability to communicate in Arabic
