Collection Executive - Morpheus Consulting - Dubai Free Zone

Collect payments on past due bills and manage list of collectibles· Organize list according to severity of delinquency, following procedures in handling customers in checking credit information, background checks, legal documents and other paper work on database· Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed· Review terms of sale or loan documents · Set up repayment plans and new terms of sales· Preparing reports for management Key Skills: Experience : 3-5 years, minimum 2 years in similar position/CRM role

Qualification : Graduate MUST
: 1) Arabic Female (Non Egyptian), good English communication skills
2) 25-32 years, good personality
3) Should be comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner and be an eager team player
