General Manager - Yaming FZCO - Dubai Silicon Oasis

Description: Founded in 1923, Yaming has been a leader of LED lighting applications, dedicated in developing energy-saving products including superior LED lamps and fixtures, to contribute to the green lighting industry. Green Lighting for Yaming is not pure energy saving, it involves the keenest, most intelligent lighting control, best visual comfort level, exciting lighting effects and the easiest product choice. Yaming products are exported to over 90 countries and regions worldwide.
We are looking for a G M with strong sales background and top management experience, Hands on experience in handling major projects, extensive technical knowledge and field experience in the lighting industry and a strong background working in the Middle East market.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the company to the right direction with a great vision in the future of lighting.


• Implement the vision into a proper plan and get results.


• Develop new projects and manage them to deliver results on time.


• Develop new business channels and establish distribution partners.


• Interact with consultants, government agencies, interior designers, architects & clients.


• Design the structure of a great effective team, build and manage the team efficiently.


• Be responsible for P & L.


• Develop long term relationships with customers through managing their demands

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree


• 8+ years of experience in the Lighting Industry.


• Previous senior management experience.


• Large Scale project Management Skills.


• Experience in Large Lighting Retrofit projects.


• Previous experience working in the Middle East.


• Strong commercial focus.


• Arabic speaking skill will be an added advantage.
