Yaming products are exported to over 90 countries and regions worldwide. We are looking for a G M with strong sales background and top management experience, Hands on experience in handling major projects, extensive technical knowledge and field experience in the lighting industry and a strong background working in the Middle East market. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the company to the right direction with a great vision in the future of lighting.
- Implement the vision into a proper plan and get results.
- Develop new projects and manage them to deliver results on time.
- Develop new business channels and establish distribution partners.
- Interact with consultants, government agencies, interior designers, architects & clients.
- Design the structure of a great effective team, build and manage the team efficiently.
- Be responsible for P & L.
- Develop long term relationships with customers through managing their demands
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience in the Lighting Industry.
- Previous senior management experience.
- Large Scale project Management Skills.
- Experience in Large Lighting Retrofit projects.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East.
- Strong commercial focus.
- Arabic speaking skill will be an added advantage.
