Sr. Quantity Surveyor - PJSI Consultants - Jumeirah

Qualifications: –

Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Cost Estimation with at least 10 years experience in the various aspects of Quantity Surveying practice of Law Degree with minimum 10 years experience in matters relating to Construction Contracts.

With 5 working years experience in U.A.E.

Competency Requirements: –

1. Thorough knowledge of the contractual and legal basis of contract administration with particular reference to construction and development contracts.
2. Team player and co-operative with others
3. Proactive and efficiency driven
4. Good interpersonal skills and able to interact at all levels
5. Sound understanding of business administration policies
6. Sound knowledge of the legal framework for business development
7. Proficient in FIDIC Standard Form Construction Contracts
8. FIDIC Standard Form Construction Contracts
