Team Leader – Admissions - LEGOLAND® Dubai - Dubai
Main Duties:
Support a group of member in an area of responsibility on a day to day basis
Act as the first point of contact of the staff members
Drives, motivates and guide team members
Manages inventories, and stock including keeping detailed records of inventory, use and sales and notifying the management on ordering when necessary
Communicating and ensuring that the team goal is met
Answers team member questions and oversees team member work for quality and compliance to policies
Carry out health and safety procedures
Lead by setting a good example. Behavior consistent with words
Facilitate team problem solving and listen to feedback
Maintain a healthy group environment
Ensures that the team is equipped with knowledge and company updates
Handles escalated issues and complaints
Provide the highest quality service and environment for people of all ages and culture
Report any issues in the area of responsibility to the Supervisor
Perform additional duties assigned by the management
Take full responsibility in the area assigned
Provide healthy relationship with all colleagues

In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:
Preferably a Bachelor degree or equivalent
1 or more years’ experience as Team Leader
Good people skills
Strong English command. (Read and Write)
Able to focus, prioritize and work under pressure
Can work with “no” to minimum supervision
Friendly outgoing personality
Good computer program knowledge
General HR knowledge
Previous work as a Team Leader
