Better Homes is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team at our Head Office in Dubai. This is a Junior role where you will assist in marketing Better Homes by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate for miscellaneous HTML’s (weekly/monthly)
- Communication with different departments and external clients
- Develop monthly magazines
- Liaison with Procurement/Production for final print
- Develop & implement support activities for residential projects
- Handle image requests for agents, media
- Coordinate signage for PMGT and residential agents & branches
- Manage Social Media accounts
- Support internal communications
- Liaise with design; assist with copywriting, content sourcing and proof-reading
- Manage portal accounts and refreshes
- Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns and study proposals
- Presentations
- Manage incoming calls for marketing department
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 2 years experience in a Marketing role

Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial Skills
